Attorney Dawnelle Thompson

Dawnelle was born and raised in East Wenatchee, Washington. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. After graduating from college Dawnelle worked as a public relations and advertising executive in Downtown Seattle.  Dawnelle graduated from law school at Texas Wesleyan University in 2004 where she was a member of Moot Court and finished in the top 25% of her class.

Dawnelle focuses her practice on family law, probate, and guardianship matters. Dawnelle is a trained and certified mediator in advanced family law matters and is a certified Attorney Ad Litem for the Denton County District Courts and Probate Courts here in Texas.

Dawnelle is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Denton County Bar Association.  She is also a member of the state and local Family Law section as well as the Probate, Trust, Estate Sections.
